Invoice Mini is built to work entirely on your device. This policy explains exactly what that means.

Data Collection

Invoice Mini does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on any server. There is no account, no login, and no backend of any kind.

Where Your Data Lives

All invoices, client details, business profile information, and any logo image you add are stored locally on your device only, using Apple's on-device storage frameworks. This data never leaves your device unless you personally choose to share a generated PDF using the iOS Share Sheet (for example, by sending it via email or a messaging app of your choice).

Photos Access

If you choose to add a business logo, the app requests access to your Photos library solely so you can select an image. That image is stored locally with your other app data and is never uploaded anywhere by the app itself.

Third Parties

Invoice Mini does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No data is shared with any third party because no data leaves your device.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete any invoice at any time from within the app. Deleting the app from your device permanently removes all associated data.

Children's Privacy

Invoice Mini is a business utility app intended for freelancers and small business owners, and is not directed at children.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
